Having nearly 10 years of motor vehicle sales experience starting at Kia in the used car department, my collegue and I were given free reign to buy vehicles in, ranging from R50 000.00 to R350 000.00, evaluate vehicles, assess whether the vehicle had been in any form of accident, and then proceed to recon them i.e. do the necessary to get the vehicle ready for sale and in turn delivery.

From Kia I was then transferred to Renault Pre-Owned where I gained a wealth of knowledge regarding the product. I then chose to leave the company and was offered a position at VW Northcliff where I sold Demo and used VW's. I was then head-hunted to join Extreme Sixteen, selling luxury 4x4's. This was short lived as I felt that the way the operation was run was incorrect.

I then resigned not having another job and decided to start my own business in August 2002 which I chose to call Cars 4 U. However , I felt that I needed to do something different from what everyone else was doing, so I decided to focus on Students and make that my core business, which no one else was really looking after. Hence the development of the website www.studentcars.co.za .

As a young man in business, I've grown to learn what students are looking for in a motor vehicle. They want something small, mainly Hatch-Backs, it must be Reliable, Affordable to maintain and Economical on fuel. But most of all , it must be in a good condition. I can honestly say that I pride myself in what I do.

All my vehicles are sold with Roadworthy Certificates, undergo an inspection i.e. Service if necessary, License and Registration can be done at the buyers request, warranties can also be offered and if needed, finance can be arranged on most vehicles. All vehicles are code 2 i.e Used Vehicles. I Do Not touch code 3 cars i.e Stolen and Recovered or Rebuilds.
